X-Loupe™ Applications: Industry / Quality Control


By using X-LOUPE™, it is possible to observe samples in situ. In addition, field inspection can be conducted on site, thus increasing the efficiency of quality control.

Industrial components often require large-scale devices for inspection, and tests by naked eyes or a regular digital camera usually produce ineffective results and impair judgment. Since X-LOUPE™ digital microscopic camera provides various magnifications, allows objects to be inspected everywhere no more confined to the traditional microscope stage and can be used in all directions, it is a powerful tool in observing texture of fabrics and, as a result, the efficiency of quality control is greatly increased.
