Lenses and optics
Micro-optik provides a wide selection of microscopic lenses which can be used for various applications. The portfolio of lenses include, high magnification zoom lenses, high magnification fixed lenses, large format sensor lenses, low magnification video lenses, lenses for fluorescence, auto focus zoom lenses with many accessories. The standard configuration uses a 1/1.8″ CCD to capture images. Because of the open system technology other CCD form factors, such as 1/4″, 1/3″, 1/2″ and 2/3″ can be used. Our standard microscopic configuration offers a 12X Zoom Vision System. For high magnification applications requiring the optimal balance between optical performance, large zoom range and price, the 12X zoom is an ideal choice. The 12X zoom incorporates mechanical flexibility with extended zoom range, higher N.A. and unbeatable accuracy and repeatability for the most demanding applications. This outstanding combination of zoom range, coupled with largerfield coverage, means that you will now be able to view a wider range of parts with a single video inspection system and eliminate the need for bulky microscopes. The incredible 12:1 zoom ratio with 0.07 - 583X dynamic magnification range enhances inspection for a wider range of parts. For this lens the working distance varies from 32 to 341 mm combined with a field of view from 0.01 mm to 82 mm. Further magnification can be obtained by using additional objective lenses. Telecentric attachment gives the world’s first parfocal telecentric zoom lens with field coverage up to 50mm.
