Our standard light module is designed specifically for applications that require bright, white light in tight spaces. The module delivers superior Lumens/watt illumination: three times brighter than halogen equivalents. Three separate
components make up the module – the lamp with an integrated cooling mounting block, ballast and connector. Fiber optic adaptors are easily attached by the two front threaded mounting holes, preserving lamps’ focal point. The metal halide lamp inside the light module maximizes the sensitivity of the camera (dispersion characters / 300nm-800nm), the visible light spectrum has to be covered on the side of the light source. In order to produce images of all samples thoroughly, metal halide lamp with high colour reproduction capability detects samples that can not be detect by other light sources. In addition, the lam is able to last about six times the life of conventional products, a quality
that makes it more accessible.
For special applications we provide LED lighting components that provide bright, even illumination to compliment the performance of a vision system. All of our new LED systems provide a number of benefits over traditional fibre based illumination systems: Longer life, minimum power loss, narrow wavelength band (red), and constant colour
temperature (white), small packaging with optimal heat management. No fan vibration and lower cost.
