In many areas of research and development, production and quality control, there is a strong need for inspection and visualization of materials and processes. Conventional microscopy can not be used because of harsh environment, sample size or space limitations. Our inspection and analysis systems allow the real time acquisition of process synchronized with high resolution microscopic images at distances of few centimeters to meters from the object.
