Measuring Microscope

The simple measuring microscope can be equipped with 4 of different objectives (see technical microscopes TM1). The total enlargement amounts to 8x; 16x; 32x or 63x.

The Standardequipment consists of:

Usable with both transmitted and incident light
Resolution amounts to 1µm
Table size is 250x150 mm
Loading capacity 5 kg

Measuring stage 50 x 50:

Transmitted -and incident light is possible
Resulotion amount to 1µm
Table size is 135x135 mm
Loading capacity 10 kg

Measuring stage 150x150 digital with RS 232 interface:

Transmitted -and incident light is possible
Resolution amount to 1µm
Table size is 300x190 mm
