Incident light illumination microscope RMA 5 / RMA 5 POL LED

The small microscope with high quality optics and high performance for metallurgical investigations (structures), surface control and also for investigation for other objects.

The incident light microscope contains polarization contrast with modern LED- white light illumination equipment and a coaxial coarse & fine drive.

It provides a standard magnification range of 50x – 1000x with a resolution of 0,4 µm and a 8 - 0,2mm field of view.

The trinocular tube allows wide and erected image fields for optimal visual inspection and the possibility to connect cameras for a digital documentation.

Industrial quality control is the main application for the microscope where polarization contrast is used. Also the RMA 5 pol is suited for research & development.
